陈四楼煤矿地堑构造采区设计优化

Optimized Design on Graben Structure Mining of Chensilou Coal

摘要: 针对陈四楼煤矿北翼F18断层与F13断层形成地堑采区复杂地质条件,通过合理留设采区边界断层防隔水煤柱,科学选择采煤方法,从工程量、投资及安全可靠性方面进行分析比较,确定采用利用现有北部东翼系统布置采区生产系统的最优方案,该方案工程量少、工期短、初期投资少,且有利于采掘接替,采区准备期间串联通风时间短、影响范围小,安全可靠性高,对矿井正常生产影响少,可为类似地质条件下的采区方案设计提供参考。

Abstract: For the complex geological conditions in the north part of Chensilou coal mine, which forms the natural graben by F18 fault and F13 fault, the paper puts two schemes which technically feasible and economically rational according to distribution principle of the mining area. After a detailed analysis and comparison, the paper determines the optimal scheme by using the existing system arrangement of production system in the mine of the north east wing, the scheme of engineering quantity is little, short construction period. And the initial investment is little, valuable. In addition, the scheme is conducive to mining succeed, mining series ventilation preparation time which is short, small range of normal mine production, less effect. The scheme is to be provided reference for design of mining scheme under the similar geological condition.
